Refunds & Returns

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Rubadub in Bytchyns Tub.
Return Window
You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery (or of local pickup) for a refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Shampoos, washes, sprays, and other bath & spa products once opened
- Grooming tools that have been used
- Personalized or custom-engraved items (such as engraved ID tags)
- Apparel or bedding that has been used or washed
Unopened, unused items in these categories remain eligible for return within the 30-day window described above.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@rubadubinbytchynstub.shop or call (828) 735-6264 with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll walk you through mailing it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Bundles
Curated bundles (such as our Rub-A-Dub Spa Day Bundle) may be returned as a complete, unused set within the standard return window. Because bundle pricing reflects a discount on the full set, we’re unable to accept partial bundle returns.
Your Rights Under North Carolina Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under North Carolina consumer protection law.
