Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Rubadub in Bytchyns Tub ships orders placed through our website to customers across the United States, and describes our local pickup option for customers near our North Carolina home base.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy seasons, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Flat-rate shipping of $6.95 applies to orders under $60.00.
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $60.00 or more (before tax), anywhere in the U.S.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated and displayed in your cart before you check out.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? If you’re near our North Carolina home base, choose Pay In-Store / Local Pickup at checkout to reserve your order online and pay when you collect it — just mention it in your order and we’ll follow up to coordinate a time.

Don’t See What You Need?

Our catalog spans grooming, bath & spa, comfort, feeding, apparel, toys, travel, cat corner, and small pet & bird essentials, and we’re always adding more. If there’s something specific you’re after that we don’t currently stock, reach out — we’re happy to help track it down and get it shipped to your door.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll reach out using the contact information you provided with tracking details where available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help sort it out with the carrier or arrange a replacement.

Sales Tax

North Carolina sales tax (state plus applicable local rate) is calculated and added at checkout for orders shipped within North Carolina, in accordance with North Carolina law. No sales tax is currently collected on orders shipped to other states.
