Products & Descriptions

We sell non-medicated pet grooming, bath & spa, comfort, feeding, apparel, toy, and travel products. We are not a veterinary provider and do not offer medical products or advice. We make reasonable efforts to display product details and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or images (including illustrative placeholder graphics used on this site) are error-free.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though we’ll always honor the price shown at the time you complete checkout. Sales tax is calculated for orders shipped within North Carolina in accordance with North Carolina law.

Payment

At this time, this website is a demonstration storefront: card payments entered at checkout are validated for format and Luhn-check accuracy in your browser only and are not transmitted to a bank or payment processor, and no charge is actually made. Orders selecting “Pay In-Store / Local Pickup” are reserved and paid for at our North Carolina location. This section will be updated once a live payment processor is integrated.
